your zone chairman & the State Director (craig_zimmerman@msn.com)

with the name of your field and any time change request.

protest must be decided by State Director or his designee.

10 run rule after the "losing" team has batted at least 5 times.

Home Team - the higher ranked team is the home team.

Baseballs - each team is required to bring 6 to each game.  The home team must

have enough additional baseballs to complete the game.

Form 1.  To play in the Junior Tournament, players double rostered with

               their senior teams:

               (a) to pitch, must have pitched in less than 20 senior zone innings

               (b) to bat, pinch run or play one of the other 8 defensive positions, must

have played in less than 50% of their sennior zone games

Clarification:  What this means is an eligible pitcher who has played in more
